These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between players using the mkk11 platform (https://mkk11.vip) and mkk11's operators. By registering an account, making a deposit, or playing any game on this website, the player is considered to have fully read and agreed to these terms.

If you use the platform without reading or agreeing to this Agreement, you are still considered to have accepted all responsibilities contained within it. We therefore strongly encourage you to read through everything before using our services.

2.1 Registration

Each player may only register one account on mkk11. If duplicate accounts are found, the platform will close those accounts and handle any remaining balances accordingly.

2.2 Accuracy of Personal Information

The name, phone number, and payment details you provide at registration must be accurate and complete. mkk11 is not responsible for processing withdrawals from accounts registered with false information.

2.3 Password

Players are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. mkk11 is not liable for any losses resulting from a player's own handling of their account credentials.

2.4 Account Closure

Players may request to close their account voluntarily through 24/7 live chat or via [email protected]. Any remaining balance will be eligible for withdrawal if it meets the applicable conditions.

3.1 Deposit Methods

At mkk11, you can deposit via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Once a withdrawal is requested, it is normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Times are calculated in Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30).

3.3 Payment Verification

The platform may carry out additional checks on large withdrawals or suspicious transactions. Please be aware that withdrawals may be delayed during such reviews.

3.4 Incorrect Payment Code

If you send a transfer with an incorrect code or reference, contact support immediately. The platform is not responsible for funds lost due to a player's own error.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

mkk11's first deposit bonus is 150%, up to 500,000 Ks. To withdraw winnings earned with the bonus, you must wager the bonus amount × 15 times.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility

• The bonus is available once per registered player.
• The bonus cannot be withdrawn as cash — only winnings generated by playing with the bonus can be withdrawn.
• If the platform finds that a bonus has been used in bad faith or exploited, the bonus may be revoked and the account may be closed if necessary.
• Bonus terms may change at any time, and the updated terms take effect immediately.

4.3 VIP and Cashback

mkk11's VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — are based on play history. Players receive weekly cashback depending on their current tier: 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, and up to 0.8% at Platinum. Tiers upgrade automatically as play activity increases.

5.1 Fair Play

All games at mkk11 use a Random Number Generator (RNG), and certified software is used for live games, to ensure fair results for every player.

5.2 Betting Limits

The maximum and minimum bets available to each player are set by the platform per game type and may change. Players must follow these limits.

5.3 Platform Errors

If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical fault or software bug, the platform may review the case and correct the payout if necessary.

5.4 Stopping Play

Players must not do any of the following —

• Hacking, unauthorised access to, or modification of the platform's software, systems, or data
• Using bots or automated software to farm bonus rewards

• Opening accounts with false information to claim bonuses

If any of the above prohibited actions are found to have been committed, the player's account will be closed immediately and the platform will handle any remaining balance accordingly.
